SERVICE ADVISOR

The Service Advisor is the dealership’s customer relations and Service representative, selling and scheduling repairs and/or service for vehicles. Lexus Service Advisors work closely with technicians to ensure time efficiency, parts ordering, and job completion, encouraging ultimate customer satisfaction. We seek individuals who enjoy building meaningful relationships and have a talent for promoting vehicle services to customers.

SERVICE TECHNICIAN

The Service Technician functions as a skilled-level technician who is able to perform diagnoses and repairs as outlined on the repair order with efficiency and accuracy. We seek quality Technicians with the drive, determination, and desire to grow with the company.
