I recently came into possession of my mother's 2006 GS430. While driving home from work one night the alternator gave out on me. Well I had it towed to Lexus of Shreveport. We came to get my mom's vehicle serviced and although we didn't have an appointment our representative Gary got us in and out in a timely manner. Also, while were waiting for the car to be serviced our shuttle driver Mr. Charles showed great hospitality by getting us to and from our destination. Overall, we had a great experience!
